-Selection Tools-

Below are the steps that I use to do the selection tools:

First go to the File and click New. Then, select the International Paper size, A4.

  Click ‘Filter and  Render’, choose Clouds. The background will look like this

but i want to have black colour as my background. So I change the colour. 

Next, I go to the File under Open and select the image. I used Quick Selection Tools to move the picture from one side to another side

for this steps i use Rectangular Marguee Tool

again use the Quick Selection Tools

Go to the Brightness / Contrast menu for editing the colour

I choose the Horizontal Type Tool to make the Multimedia University logo

 Finally, here is the result =)
